Payment and Billing
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.

Shipping
We estimate reasonable shipping charges plus $3.95 for handling. We will email you to let you know when your purchase has shipped. Standard Delivery Time: Standard shipping is UPS Ground and delivery time will vary depending on your location. Your order is shipped from zip code 77025 and you can get the estimated delivery time to your zip code at www.ups.com. Expedited Delivery: Overnight, 2 Day, or 3 day delivery is usually available. Please e-mail or call ahead before placing your order to ensure that we can meet your deadline. Charges vary. International Shipping: We ship worldwide via FedEx or UPS. Shipping charges vary depending on your location. Your final shipping charge will be adjusted to reflect actual shipping costs once we receive your order.

Sales Tax
All orders shipped to an address WITHIN Texas are subject to sales tax.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive two e-mails from us. The first email will arrive shortly after your order is placed to confirm that your order has been received. We will contact you a second time with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track the delivery of your package online: www.fedex.com or www.ups.com. If you do not receive the first e-mail, it is possible that you entered an incorrect e-mail address, and you will need to email us directly to confirm your order at sales@peggyrausodesign.com.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, an item may be returned within 7 days for refund. We’re sorry, but shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded unless there was error on our part. Items must be undamaged and unaltered, with tags attached. In original packaging. If you would like more information about a particular piece before you buy, please feel free to contact us with your questions at info@peggyrausodesign.com or call (713) 416-1496 Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.

Making Adjustments for Length
If you would like to have your piece adjusted for length, please contact us to discuss your needs. We will be glad to adjust it for you if possible, according to your particular preference. Since our pieces are so unique, adjustments are not always feasible. We will contact you with an estimate before proceeding. We apologize, but once a piece is customized, there are no returns or refunds.

Shipping to Us
For your protection, please ship only via UPS or Fedex to the address below. Be sure to insure your package and retain the tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages shipped without tracking or insurance. No COD deliveries accepted. Return shipping costs will be added to your final bill. Be sure to include contact information, including a day and evening phone, an e-mail address, and a return shipping address. Returned items must be packaged with sufficient padding to ensure safe delivery. Peggy Rauso Design will not be responsible for items damaged in transit. Ship to:
